    Swing Check Valve

    Swing Check Valve

Metal-edged flexible graphite gaskets are used for 150LB, metal wound gaskets for 300LB and 600LB, and metal gasket rings for 900LB and above. They can also be adjusted to 600LB according to customer requirements

The rocker and pin installed inside the valve body can enable the valve disc to move fully

    2. The valve seats with STL.6 cobalt-based surfacing welding are installed by seal welding, or threaded seat rings can be used as per customer requirements

    3. Standard swing valve discs can only be installed on horizontal pipelines to control the medium or on vertical pipelines where the medium flows from bottom to top

    4. At point G at the bottom of the valve body centerline, there is a standard boss reserved for opening the discharge hole. Other additional bosses shall be provided as per the customer's requirements
